My goal is to help healthcare organizations improve patient safety, using medical simulation. Medical simulation is simply a way for individuals to practice high risk, low frequency events in a controlled environment, without harming a single patient. We’ll cater to the needs of the organization, by helping create unique cases and defining objectives for their desired outcomes. With over 10 years of experience, I’ve witnessed the powerful effects of medical simulation with the US Military, Children’s Hospitals and Obstetrics. I look forward to expanding on that experience and reaching a base where the most patients are seen on a day to day basis. We’ve taken the necessary steps towards accomplishing our goal. But we need help. We need help procuring the equipment, which includes a patient simulator, the simulator’s control unit, and a patient monitor totaling $20,000.
