RentMyWay is a relationship mgt tool for landlords, property mgrs and renters that helps match inventory to client needs and manages their relationships with transparency for all parties. The rental market is enormous and fragmented. Of the 17 million single family homes for rent in the US, less than 20% are managed professionally. The other 80% are self-managed. At best, landlords have a fragmented array of online tools, but no unified system for handling the end-to-end process. Landlord-tenant relationships are notoriously strained, often involving misinformation, accusations, and headaches on both sides. There is a tremendous amount of pain in this industry, with no true end-to-end solution. RMW ushers property management into the 21st century. We remove friction at every step in the leasing life cycle. We’ve built our own property management tools, being used at RentLucky, our brick-and-mortar property mgt sister company; proving profitability and functionality in the real world.
