MosaicTrack’s artificial intelligent recruiter predicts the best candidates based on culture fit and skill set, by simply using the text of a resume. We currently have customers using our product as their only applicant tracking system (ATS), or using our separate recruiting features in conjunction with their existing ATS. Predictive analytics automatically matches resumes based on sentiment and skill set to pre-qualify people for jobs. MosaicTrack™ does the tedious work of reading through resumes providing a pre-qualified list of candidates to recruit. MosaicTrack™ is mobile by design allowing access to all ATS features using the web browser on a desktop computer, tablet or mobile phone. Candidates are engaged in the hiring process by allowing them see how they look to a recruiter and apply while mobile. Hiring team see the same resume used for edits and searches with a visualization of the qualifications found, and a timeline of when the skill was used.
