Many of the job websites today are geared at employers or recruiters. LinkedIn has unintentionally become a place where recruiters go to spam passive job seekers. Monster and CareerBuilder are websites for employers to post jobs and pray they find the right candidate. We want to flip things and finally make a website for job seekers to make the best decisions about where their career should go next.   We want job seekers to be able to see Glassdoor ratings, friends that work at a particular company via LinkedIn's graph, and other important data about  a company, such as recent news, or benefits information. We want job seekers to be able to compare various jobs and companies through our site so they can make the best next step for their career. We will also provide resume skills highlighting to help these job seekers look more attractive to employers. The data we end up collecting on job seekers will allow us to help them make better choices and also be attractive to employers.
