fanmorphic connects professional & collegiate sports teams & leagues with their fans. We do this by crowdsourcing photographs and displaying them in a patentable real-time, self organizing photo stream by sporting event. Our primary revenue model is freemium with additional revenue streams from premium subscriptions, advertising, merchandising, partnerships, licensing and big data. In stream ads are also coupons and messages from teams/leagues. Subscriber adoption is twofold: royalty payback for pictures used in revenue producing activities and game theory. Milestones are reached for taking pictures and for rating pictures. You may be the "champion" of the Seattle Seahawks, the NFL or all Seattle sports. Ranking include: champion, semi-finalist, quarter finalist, sweet 16, etc. Rewards will be paid for milestone achievement: Seahawk hat, Seahawk Jersey, autographs, lottery for 1 sideline pass, picture with your favorite player, etc. Niches: photo aggregation & sports merchandise.
